How to root samsung galaxy s5

Root galaxy s5 :

Important :

This guide is for samsung galaxy s5 SM-G900F Only.

Warranty may be void of your galaxy s5.

You only are responsible for your samsung galaxy s5 ; please read carefully the instruction guide before installing root .

Your galaxy s5 is adequately charged more than 60 %.

1 - BACKUP Your galaxy s5 :

Back up all your data before you start rooting your samsung galaxy s5 .

2 - Install latest driver :

Just install samsung kies from this site .

3 - CF-root :

Cf-root is the easy way to root many android devices ; To download the file compatible with the samsung galaxy s5 go to this link .

After download the file Extract/Unzip it: CF-Auto-Root-klte-kltexx-smg900f.zip, on your Pc . You’ll see this files:

Odin3-v3.07.exe

Odin3.ini

CF-Auto-Root-klte-kltexx-smg900f.tar.md5

tmax.dll

zlib.dll

4 - Open the Odin3-v3.07.exe .

5- Reboot your Samsung Galaxy S5 into Download Mode:

to do this :

Power off your galaxy s5

Press and hold : Volume Down + Power + Home for a few seconds.

Press Volume Up now to continue to Download Mode in your galaxy s5.

6-Connect your Samsung Galaxy S5 to PC:

Odin program will show an Added message.

In odin on the PDA button choose CF-Auto-Root-klte-kltexx-smg900f.tar.md5 file :

Important in Odin :

make sure that Re-Partition box is unchecked.
Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time boxes are checked.

7 - Start button to begin flashing the root file for you galaxy s5.

When you see pass message ; your samsung galaxy s5 will reboot and now you can disconnect your galaxy s5 an verify if you have a new app in your phone named super user .
